This app is a proof of concept designed to streamline communication at our food sales stations and help the movie night lines run a little smoother for everyone. Please note that this does not process electronic credit card transactions, track long-term inventory databases, or print official store receipts. Instead, it operates strictly as an interactive visual menu and calculation aid to help volunteers and families communicate choices quickly and take the stress out of manual math during a busy rush.

Given the diverse mix of families in our community, the tool is language-agnostic. By using clear visual indicators, anyone can point, tap, and confidently communicate an order. The current graphics and icons are just temporary placeholders, and we can easily swap them out later for the actual images from the event posters so they perfectly match what people are looking at while waiting in line.

I can adapt the app as needed pretty easily as long as I know ahead of time what the menu items are, how we want to set the prices, and how we want to communicate those choices to the volunteers serving the food at the stations. Hopefully, this tool can smooth out some of the pain points and help the night feel a bit easier to run.
